It’s really fun when you’re trying to get yourself to stop doing something, so you give yourself a mental countdown. But since more of you really wants to keep doing it, you just fuck up the countdown and just start thinking up numbers in random order. 10, 9, 16, 12, 14, 19, 17, 5, 8…… and then once you really feel comfortable you can finally let yourself say 1 and just stop.
I kid you not there is sort of a sensation of floating if you do it in a certain mood and mindset.
